HexaBid uses RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) trained on your past bids and templates. It extracts structural patterns and compliance language to generate proposals that match the bidding authority's requirements.
HexaBid supports top-tier models including Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet, OpenAI GPT-4o, and Google Gemini 2.5 Flash/Pro. Admins can select their default generation models in the settings panel.
Your uploaded documents and generated proposals are stored in your organization's own partition, encrypted at rest at the storage layer. To analyze a document, HexaBid sends its contents to Google Vertex AI in Mumbai (asia-south1) and, for some models, to OpenRouter — both under contractual no-training terms. Nothing is anonymized before it is sent, so do not upload material you are not permitted to share with a processor.
HexaBid never submits a bid on your behalf. Once your package reaches a 100% readiness score, download the complete ZIP containing the structured sheets and certificates, then upload and submit it yourself on the tender portal.
