One credit covers one AI-powered action — analyzing a tender, generating a compliance check, or drafting a proposal section. Most tenders use 3-8 credits end to end depending on document size.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits you purchase stay in your account until you use them.

Can I get a refund?

Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Once a credit has been used for an analysis or generation, it is non-refundable.

Is GST included in the price shown?

Prices shown are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST is added at checkout for Indian customers.
