These terms are an agreement between you and HexaBid, a product of SnxwFairies("HexaBid", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use HexaBid on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company to these terms.
HexaBid provides AI-assisted tools for analyzing government tender documents, checking eligibility, pricing bills of quantities and preparing bid documents into a submission-ready package.
HexaBid never submits a bid on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for reviewing every document, deciding whether to bid, and submitting your bid on the relevant procurement portal before its deadline. HexaBid assists your bid preparation; it does not replace your own compliance review or professional judgment.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the address below if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe has been compromised.
HexaBid is billed on a pay-as-you-go credit basis. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page and are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout. Purchased credits do not expire. A credit is consumed when the action it pays for starts, whether or not you use the output. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we never hold your card, UPI or bank details.
Refunds for unused and partially used credits are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You agree not to use HexaBid to:
You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the documents HexaBid generates for you. You grant us a licence to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your content is not shared with other customers and is not used to train AI models.
The HexaBid software, models, templates, branding and all improvements to them remain our intellectual property. These terms do not grant you any right to them beyond using the service.
HexaBid's analyses, eligibility assessments, scores, pricing suggestions and drafted documents are produced by AI systems and may be incomplete or wrong. They are provided to assist your own judgment, not to replace it. Verify every output against the tender documents before relying on it. We make no promise that any output is accurate, compliant with a given tender, or will result in a bid being accepted.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, loss of profit, loss of a contract or tender, or a bid being rejected or disqualified, however arising. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, after notice where practicable. On termination your access ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy; unused credits are dealt with under the Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the effective date above and announce material changes in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
